perceived by your constituency. Our proven process stirs participants
to action based on Biblical non-threatening principles.

facilities or to meet other capital and equipment needs.
High Dollar Events
– Events that raise $25,000 or more
CCS
has extensive experience in setting up annual fund banquets. Separate
from capital campaign banquets, a fund raising banquet for annual fund
needs is a high $$ event that all schools can do successfully, if they
follow a well designed plan. Our plan is designed to build momentum
from planning the banquet to the banquet, through the banquet agenda
and into a strategic follow-up process. This is a purpose driven event
that should raise at least $35,000 or more for your school. We
recommend a CCS banquet for your fall event. This should give your
school an infusion of cash for annual fund needs.
Champion
Events: During the fall of 2007 CCS was asked to add Champion Events to
its services. Since that time, we have worked over fifteen events with
Christian schools. We highly recommend using Champion Events for your
spring event. A well done event could help your school to finish the
year in the black.

CCS
recommends Ren Web’s “Donor Connect,: for tracking gifts, writing
receipts, appeal letters, donor thank you notes, etc. CCS surveyed some
of Ren Web’s schools that had purchased its old program, “Fundraiser
Pro.” From that survey, recommendations were made to RenWeb to rework
its program to meet the needs of the Christian day school. As a result,
“Donor Connect” was launched. The revised program is much more user
friendly, flexible and relational than most if not all donor base
programs on the market – and, it is designed with the Christian and
private schools in mind. Schools are praising Donor Connect for its
capabilities to manage its constituent communication, groups, events,
and gift/ pledge tracking. For that reason, CCS will now refer all of
our donor data base inquiries to “Donor Connect” by RenWeb. You will
find there is not a question that their professionals will not take
seriously.

We
provide web site analysis and recommendations to improve the
effectiveness of requests for online donations and increase traffic to
the site. This analysis includes site usability, prominence of donation
requests, clarity of requests, and search engine optimization. We can
also help develop a new site if you don't have one or want to rework an
existing site.

We
will write appeal letters on your behalf to increase ministry awareness
and funding. We continually strive to find lists that target the
like-minded donor prospects that we need to match with your ministry.

CCS
will research and write compelling proposals to foundations that should
be a great fit with your organization's unique mission.

CCS
will help you set up a Board of Trustees and Associates for your
organization that will inspire its members and others to get involved
with your mission.

Designed
to meet the needs of the school in significantly raising funds above
tuition that will meet the school's annual fund needs and serve to keep
tuition hikes down and rare.

We
provide individual training to Headmasters, Board Chairman, Development
Directors, Database Supervisors and Development Assistants.
